Cleaning Service Terms

Your booking covers the rooms and configuration you selected when booking — for example the kitchen and living area plus the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you chose. Rooms not included in the booking are not cleaned.

Please ensure our cleaner can access the property at the scheduled time. Include any building, doorman, buzzer, or key instructions when you book. If access is not possible, our lockout and no-show rules apply.

Clearing surfaces and picking up loose items beforehand lets us spend the appointment cleaning rather than tidying, and gives the best result in the time booked.

Eco-friendly products are available upon request — tell us when you book. Not every cleaning automatically uses eco-friendly products. If you need a specific product used or avoided for allergies, pets, or delicate surfaces, let us know in advance.

• Post-construction debris, heavy grime, mould remediation, and biohazard cleanup.
• Moving heavy furniture or appliances.
• Exterior work, high-level work requiring specialist equipment, and pest control.
• Handling hazardous materials.

Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, post-construction, window cleaning, and event cleanup are quoted individually rather than booked instantly, because scope varies. Request a quote and we'll respond with pricing.

Please secure cash, jewellery, and irreplaceable or fragile items before your appointment. Tell us in advance about anything delicate that needs special handling or should not be touched.

Let us know if pets will be present so our cleaner can plan accordingly. We may ask that pets be secured during the appointment.

Our cleaners may pause or end an appointment if the environment is unsafe. We will contact you to discuss the situation and next steps.
