Use the site for its intended purpose: learning about our services, requesting quotes, and booking cleanings. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the site or its booking system.

• Prices shown for residential and office cleaning are calculated from the configuration you select. Final pricing is confirmed on our servers before payment.
• Special Services are quote-only. Submitting a quote request is not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and we send you a confirmation.
• We may decline or reschedule a booking if the requested time is unavailable or the job is outside what we can safely perform.

Residential and eligible office bookings are paid in full at the time of booking through our payment processor. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Where sales tax applies and collection is active, tax is shown separately at checkout as a line alongside the subtotal and total. Advertised prices are not tax-inclusive.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which you acknowledge before completing a booking.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address, access instructions, contact details, and property information you give us. Incorrect details may prevent us from completing the service.

We may update these terms as the business and this website change. The version shown here applies to bookings made while it is published.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
