• Contact details you submit: name, email address, and phone number.
• Service address and property details you provide when booking or requesting a quote.
• Booking details: service type, room configuration, preferred date and time, and your notes.
• Payment information, which is entered directly into our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

• To prepare quotes and schedule, deliver, and confirm cleaning services.
• To send booking confirmations, receipts, and service-related messages.
• To contact you about a booking or quote request you submitted.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe's hosted payment interface and are handled by Stripe under their terms and privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and a limited summary — never your full card number.

Confirmed appointments are recorded in the business calendar used to manage our cleaning schedule. Customers only ever see whether a time slot is available — never details of other customers' appointments.

We use your email address to send booking confirmations, receipts, and replies to quote requests. Marketing email, if we ever send it, is separate and optional — you choose it deliberately and can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business — our payment processor, our scheduling calendar, and our email provider — and with the cleaners assigned to your appointment.

We keep booking and quote records for as long as needed to operate the business and meet tax and accounting obligations. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion of information we are not required to keep, email info@kombucleaning.com. We will respond directly; requests are handled manually rather than through an automated portal.

This site uses only the storage necessary for the website and checkout to function. We do not run advertising trackers. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated before it goes live.

This website is intended for adults booking cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
